Refund Policy

No returns or exchanges are possible for products of proper quality. Only products of improper quality can be returned or replaced. In order to return/exchange a defective product, the customer must contact us by phone and present the specific problems with the product. The customer may be required to send photos of the product of allegedly inadequate quality. Product returns/exchanges can only be made if it is confirmed by us that the product was of inadequate quality prior to delivery to the customer. If the return/replacement is approved by us, the customer will have the option to receive another product under the same terms as the original product or to receive a full refund of the amount already paid to us.
